Power Platform & Copilot Engineer

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid work arrangement. A valid working visa for Bulgaria is required.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online solutions for critical business processes.
• Develop Copilot agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio with instructions, knowledge grounding, topics, connectors, and actions.
• Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, authentication services, and third-party platforms.
• Deploy and manage solutions across development, test, and production environments following ALM, governance, and approval processes.
• Create solution documentation and operational runbooks, and support user acceptance testing, adoption, and early-life support.
• Troubleshoot integrated systems and contribute reusable templates, components, and delivery patterns.

Requirements

• Production experience delivering Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, solution lifecycle management, and environment governance.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, including content structures, permissions, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, or third-party system integrations.
• Practical experience building, testing, troubleshooting, and validating solutions before release.
• Fluent or professional English in written and verbal communication, and a valid working visa for Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Python, C#, Microsoft Fabric, or agent identity and governance.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, AI, Copilot, Azure AI, or Fabric.
