Project Schedule Lead (Pharma Manufacturing)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany; routine on-site presence is required during construction and CQV phases.

Salary: €83,856–€125,784 per year.

hirify.global develops medicines and is delivering a large-scale insulin manufacturing facility through its Manufacturing & Supply InsuLINK program.

What you will do

• Build and own the master project schedule in Primavera P6, including schedule strategy, margin strategy, sub-project integration, and functional breakdown structures.
• Develop detailed activity sequences, resource estimates, durations, and three-week look-ahead plans with project teams.
• Control progress across engineering, execution, commissioning, qualification, and validation phases using milestones, physical progress, hourly progress, and schedule performance indices.
• Identify baseline deviations, assess schedule impacts, propose corrective actions, and follow through on resolution.
• Support change management by integrating scope changes and their schedule impacts.
• Lead schedule workshops and produce weekly and monthly dashboards, progress curves, delivery tracking, and performance reports.

Requirements

• MSc, diploma in engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Extensive project scheduling and control experience on large, complex capital projects; experience with projects of €1Bn or more is preferred.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including schedule creation, baseline management, critical path analysis, and resource loading.
• Strong knowledge of earned value management, SPI, progress measurement, variance analysis, and recovery planning.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industry environments.
• Fluent English is required; German is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud collaboration platforms such as Loadspring.
• Experience with large-scale insulin or other pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
• Additional languages.
