Digital Marketing Specialist (Dutch Native)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work setup with a central Madrid office.

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for assigned experiences, including partner events and hirify.global Original events.
• Develop and execute digital performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels.
• Work with the growth marketing team to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities.
• Manage the regional P&L and a significant marketing budget.
• Coordinate strategic campaign direction with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content Copywriting teams.
• Build the team and grow the assigned experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Experience with Facebook Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Marketing background.
• Native-level Dutch.
• Good level of English.
• Willingness to work in Madrid.
