Head of Supplier Collaboration & Quality (SC&Q) Northeast Asia

Location: Linkou or Tainan, Taiwan. Travel up to approximately 20%, including domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead Supplier Collaboration & Quality teams across Northeast Asia, including supplier quality engineering, product lifecycle management, configuration management, master data management, supplier audits, and cost engineering.
• Translate global supply chain strategy into regional priorities, execution roadmaps, performance targets, dashboards, and review rhythms.
• Ensure supplier readiness and quality across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing through sustaining operations and end of life.
• Lead supplier transfers, factory transfer projects, phase-in and phase-out plans, milestone governance, risk tracking, and project management.
• Deploy standardized processes and performance dashboards while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Drive cost engineering and cost-of-goods initiatives with cluster leads to achieve agreed business-line targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing within global matrix organizations.
• 10+ years of experience leading at least two relevant functions, such as product lifecycle management, configuration management, master data management, supply chain industrialization, supplier quality, or supplier account management.
• Experience leading multi-site, multifunctional teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Proven people, operations, and business leadership, with strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Excellent English is mandatory. Mandarin is optional.
