Data & Process Consultant (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Analyze, design, optimize, and implement business processes using BPM methodologies and tools.
• Lead complex transformation projects from requirements analysis through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Develop product breakdown structures for large-scale programs with budgets of €3–50 million.
• Analyze data flows, design data models, define data requirements, and translate business needs into data architecture, reports, and dashboards.
• Support data governance, data quality, KPI frameworks, advanced analytics, and automation initiatives.
• Guide analysts, coordinate stakeholders, contribute to proposals, and share knowledge in data and process transformation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience with BPM, data modeling, performance measurement, and strong analytical thinking.
• Interest in data and AI, with the ability to build expertise in these areas.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English are required. Work permit support is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Additional languages such as German.
