What you will do

• Analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes using BPM methodologies and tools.
• Lead complex transformation projects and translate organizational structures into practical solutions.
• Analyze data flows, design data models, define data requirements, and develop reporting and dashboard specifications.
• Support data governance, data quality, ownership, compliance, KPI definition, and performance measurement.
• Use advanced analytics and automation to enable predictive and prescriptive process improvements.
• Guide analysts, coordinate stakeholders, contribute to proposals, and share knowledge in data and process transformation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience with BPM, data modeling, performance measurement, and strong analytical problem-solving.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with clients.
• Fluent Dutch, French, and English are required.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills, such as German.
• Deeper expertise in analytics, data governance, AI, or digital process innovation.
