HR Generalist (Pipe Yard and Fabrication)

Location: Onsite in Fulton, Mississippi, United States

Salary: $4,325–$6,916.67 per month for salaried roles; this role is also eligible for a bonus or incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support approximately 60 hourly associates and five exempt leaders across fabrication, yard operations, shipping, receiving, and support functions.
• Partner with site leadership on associate engagement, retention, leadership development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management.
• Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reporting covering turnover, staffing, attendance, engagement, and site performance.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, talent coordination, and training for managers, supervisors, and associates.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, talent development, and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate workplace investigations, HR audits, compliance activities, and safety-focused initiatives with relevant partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least two years of Human Resources experience, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, warehouse, or operations environments.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR guidelines, compliance requirements, and policy implementation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders and handle employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to work onsite in Fulton, Mississippi.
