Human Resources Manager

Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, USA; travel by air, car, or other transportation may be required up to 60% of the time.

Salary: $109,800–$151,050 per year; annual incentive plan target of 25%.

What you will do

• Advise employees and managers on performance management, conflict resolution, employment policies, and workplace concerns.
• Administer staffing, training, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee records, and other local HR programs.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support HR audits.
• Coordinate hiring, employee relations, investigations, terminations, and other employment activities with operations and corporate HR teams.
• Identify training needs, develop programs, and conduct new-hire, classroom, and leadership training.
• Implement succession planning and talent management initiatives and potentially supervise HR or administrative staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years of directly applicable experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager across all areas of HR.
• Ability to influence and impact employees and leaders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, USA, with travel of up to 60% as required.
