Chauffeur Recruiter

Location: Paris, France; office-based five days a week in the 9th arrondissement

Salary: Up to €45,000 per year, depending on role level, plus a quarterly KPI-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel, including sourcing, screening, qualification, and conversion through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline, tracking chauffeurs from sign-up through their first journey.
• Analyze performance by recruitment channel, city, and funnel stage, then design and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality & Training to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to onboarding.
• Build relationships within the chauffeur community to support referrals and retention.
• Report acquisition volume, conversion, cost, and time-to-first-journey metrics to France Operations leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment or sales pipelines with leads at multiple funnel stages.
• Ability to track, report, and act on funnel metrics; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a personal, high-touch approach.
• Structured operating style and ability to turn complex, high-volume processes into repeatable systems.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris and able to work in the office five days a week.
