Go-to-Market Recruiter

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid schedule with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Go-to-Market teams across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales.
• Partner with GTM leaders as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Design creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across EMEA markets.
• Build scalable hiring plans and consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners on holistic talent strategies.
• Use AI tools and recruiting data to improve processes and provide market insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, or GTM functions.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional talent across multiple levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and support inclusive team development.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
