Product Owner (Clinical Technology)

Location: Germany Remote; hybrid working is also offered.

What you will do

• Translate product vision, business priorities, and customer needs into clear user stories and actionable technology requirements.
• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria are well defined.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Architects, subject matter experts, and other Product Owners to manage dependencies and support delivery planning.
• Participate in Program Increment planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demonstrations, release activities, and other Agile processes.
• Provide ongoing guidance, clarify requirements, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and support high-quality solution delivery.
• Monitor progress, communicate risks, track delivery metrics, and support compliance with development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment and translating business needs into technology requirements.
• Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and application lifecycle management tools.
• Understanding of software development practices, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English language skills required.
