Operations Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Kirchheim branch, Germany; on-site operational work

What you will do

• Supervise operational activities during shifts in line with corporate policies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule frontline staff, delegate shipments, monitor work in progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coach, train, and support frontline employees while providing managers with feedback on daily issues and performance.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, regulatory standards, company procedures, and cold chain requirements.
• Monitor refrigeration and temperature-control equipment, troubleshoot problems, and manage operational issues.
• Support customer service, packaging, sales presentations, new technology implementation, and employee performance reviews.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of cold chain management.
• Leadership agility, flexibility, exceptional work ethic, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Professional and approachable manner with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Proficiency in World Courier systems is preferred.
