Senior Test Data Specialist (Test Data Management)

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: Up to 110 PLN/h net + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Create and maintain reusable test data assets and automated provisioning solutions.
• Build self-service mechanisms for on-demand test data delivery and provision data to non-production environments.
• Implement data masking and anonymization routines, validate data quality, and support GDPR compliance.
• Create synthetic datasets, edge-case and negative-test data, and realistic business data combinations.
• Integrate test data generation with automation frameworks and CI/CD-driven regression testing.
• Monitor data availability and quality, resolve data-related defects, and document dependencies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management or Test Automation.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including hands-on data extraction, transformation, generation, masking, cloning, and subsetting.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and setups.
• Experience supporting automated, integration, and end-to-end testing in Agile teams.
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or a similar language.
• Advanced English proficiency and understanding of Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, or Informatica TDM.
• Financial services domain knowledge and experience with synthetic data generation tools or API testing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted test data creation and large-scale end-to-end customer journey testing.
