Social Media Manager (SaaS)

Location: US-Remote; 10–15% travel may be required for company events, industry conferences, and field activations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute an organic B2B social media strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Manage publishing, listening, governance, reporting, and performance optimization using Sprinklr.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows for tagging, copywriting, scheduling, listening summaries, and operational efficiency.
• Create and amplify short-form content, executive thought leadership, event activations, partner stories, and company initiatives.
• Monitor and nurture communities of MSPs, customers, IT professionals, and technology decision-makers.
• Lead employee advocacy and social selling training while providing analytics, competitive sentiment, and share-of-voice insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of dedicated social media management experience in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Hands-on enterprise B2B experience with Sprinklr Publishing, Listening, and Analytics modules.
• Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Sprinklr Copilot into social media operations.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology and the ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear social messaging.
• Excellent B2B copywriting, editing, content curation, analytics, and community engagement skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel 10–15% for major events and activations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reddit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience engaging IT directors, systems administrators, MSPs, or enterprise technology leaders.
