Social & Community Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Limassol, Cyprus; or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage FundedNext’s presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading forums.
• Define posting cadence, content approaches, engagement strategy, and platform-specific creative direction.
• Moderate Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and trading communities while enforcing guidelines and maintaining safe environments.
• Engage with audiences through comments, direct messages, reactions, and discussions, escalating high-risk cases when needed.
• Track reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, response time, and active member metrics, turning insights into recommendations.
• Execute social and community campaigns end-to-end and integrate AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney into content workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of independent social media and/or community platform management experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating platform ownership, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with Discord, Telegram, X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or trading forums.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Publer, Emplifi, or PostBridge and platform-native analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to moderate communities and enforce guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, proprietary trading, or trading communities.
• Meta Social Media Marketing, HubSpot Social Media, or Google Analytics certification.
• Experience using ChatGPT or Midjourney for content ideation and creation.
