Mechanical Engineering Intern (CREO)

What you will do

• Migrate legacy 2D and 3D CAD files from IDEAS to CREO within Windchill Product Lifecycle Management systems.
• Validate migrated files for data integrity, accuracy, compatibility, and compliance with current design standards.
• Re-create 3D models where required to maintain design integrity.
• Document migration progress and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers to resolve discrepancies during migration.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software; CREO is preferred, while SolidWorks is also acceptable.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling principles and file management.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn product lifecycle management processes.
