What you will do

• Design, develop, and verify new products from concept through to production in a cost and time-efficient manner.
• Collaborate across project teams to define solutions for connected product ecosystems, including sensor technology and low-energy devices.
• Mentor and guide less senior engineers to build technical capability, leadership, and accountability.
• Manage interactions with external suppliers and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Research and develop new technologies within the team's area of expertise.
• Ensure all work adheres to hirify.global Quality Standards and regulated medical device environment requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a product development role designing complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, specifically PTC Creo products.
• Significant experience applying simulation and analysis tools such as Ansys, MoldFlow, or Minitab.
• Experience in test, verification, and validation traced to requirements.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
