Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead the quality function across the Bath manufacturing site and report to the Plant Manager.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
• Work with Operations and Engineering to improve product quality and operational excellence.
• Reduce DPPM and NCR rates, increase first-pass yield, and deliver sustained improvements.
• Support quality improvements across manufacturing operations and the supply chain.
• Champion a safety-first culture and influence continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Strong quality leadership experience in an engineered manufacturing business.
• Detailed understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and HSE best practices.
• Experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
