What you will do
- Translate Group Excellence strategy, standards, and frameworks into executable divisional plans.
- Lead cross-functional operational excellence, Lean transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advise the Divisional Leadership Team and serve as the primary interface with the Group Excellence organisation.
- Build organisational capability through coaching, mentoring, and structured development programmes.
- Lead and develop the Divisional Excellence team and associated resources.
- Establish governance, performance management, and value-tracking mechanisms across multiple sites and functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Significant senior leadership experience in operational excellence, transformation, or continuous improvement.
- Experience in complex manufacturing and/or aftermarket service environments within global organisations.
- Formal Lean or Continuous Improvement certification, such as Lean Leader or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Expertise in Lean methodologies, structured problem-solving, governance, financial value tracking, and organisational change.
- Experience developing teams and influencing senior, functional, and frontline stakeholders in matrixed, multi-site environments.

- Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or equivalent.
