Operations Maintenance Technician

Location: On-site in Schiphol or Eindhoven, Netherlands, with work across 10 Netherlands stations. On-call support outside regular office hours may be required.

What you will do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on sorting systems, equipment, and supporting components.
• Execute maintenance activities according to MAXIMO planning under the guidance of senior technicians and maintenance management.
• Identify equipment anomalies and resolve issues using established procedures, consulting maintenance specialists when required.
• Coordinate on-site providers and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed correctly.
• Control spare parts and inventory, including reordering and delivery tracking.
• Record maintenance activities, parts usage, LOTO procedures, toolbox meetings, and related information in MAXIMO and Excel.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant technical maintenance experience.
• Technical education in electrical, electronic, or electromechanical systems, such as MBO-level studies.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical components, including bearings, shafts, and rollers.
• Problem-solving, planning, organizing, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Service-oriented attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
