Oil & Gas Industry - Senior Business Advisor (Oil & Gas)

Location: Must be local or willing to relocate to Houston, Texas. Additional U.S. office locations are listed in the posting. Travel is required as needed for client and business needs.

Salary: $82,082–$233,740 base compensation.

What you will do

• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, executive presentations, and account planning across the Energy portfolio.
• Provide Oil & Gas expertise across upstream, midstream, downstream, energy transition, and sustainability domains.
• Build relationships with technology vendors, ecosystem partners, industry organizations, and client executives.
• Lead discovery workshops, executive strategy sessions, business process assessments, and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases, operating models, maturity assessments, value realization frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, data teams, and technology delivery organizations throughout implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• Local presence in Houston, Texas, or willingness to relocate is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, Petroleum Studies, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or Energy-focused consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas value chains, operational processes, and commercial drivers across upstream, midstream, and downstream markets.
• Experience with business transformation, operational improvement, digital modernization, or technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
