Senior Consultant in Energy, Resources & Industrials

Location: Luxembourg; work from home, the client, or the office in Amsterdam is available.

What you will do

• Lead consulting projects and take responsibility for designing and delivering key client deliverables.
• Build relationships with middle and top management and adapt concepts to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to project leadership.
• Coach new hires and mentor junior consultants through objectives, feedback, and development support.
• Contribute to proposals, commercial meetings, sectoral and service working groups, papers, articles, and internal projects.
• Help clients identify opportunities related to data and AI in the energy, resources, and industrials sectors.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD.
• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Analytical thinking, synthesis skills, fast learning ability, communication skills, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
• Passion for the energy sector.
