What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program and project delivery, ensuring objectives are met within budget and timeline.
- Manage client expectations, stakeholder communication, service delivery, risks, issues, and program documentation.
- Coordinate account teams, solution architects, offshore delivery teams, COE resources, and software development teams.
- Review solution and application designs, translate them into component-level designs, and support reusable implementation approaches.
- Oversee technical documentation, test-plan development, integration, deployment, and alignment with development standards.
- Lead, hire, train, evaluate, and guide employees while managing resource allocation and personnel budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience leading teams, including responsibility for 30 or more employees.
- Experience delivering software-related solutions or services in the service integrator, insurance, or banking industry.
- Experience managing customers, expectations, delivery timelines, program budgets, risks, and resources.
- Experience with software design, software development life cycle, development methodologies, and implementation.
- Knowledge of application development policies, product system design principles, programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.
