Lifecycle Architect (HR)

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end employee lifecycle journeys covering onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
• Define coherent Tier 0 self-service, Tier 1 assisted support, and Tier 2 escalation experiences.
• Create knowledge articles, guided workflows, AI chatbot flows, manager toolkits, SOPs, decision trees, escalation matrices, and training materials.
• Partner with HR Technology on Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery user experience and process requirements.
• Measure lifecycle quality through cycle times, completion rates, self-service deflection, employee satisfaction, and service volume data.
• Lead governance, continuous improvement, co-design workshops, quality reviews, and cross-functional lifecycle architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 4–7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Process or Service Design, or HR Project Management.
• Experience designing and implementing global employee lifecycle programs and working with HR Shared Services or case management teams.
• Strong process mapping, journey mapping, service design, documentation, content design, and analytics skills.
• Working experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday and HR service delivery tools such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or Agile certification such as CSM or PMI-ACP.
• Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and AI chatbot tooling.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for People leadership.
