Junior Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments for clients.
• Structure data intelligently, perform analyses, and prepare benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and develop functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities as experience develops.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France and the Netherlands.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector and in data and AI-related topics.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Previous relevant professional experience.
