Marketing Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing projects including campaigns, events, product launches, and cross-department initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate priorities and deliverables across design, content, CRM, operations, and development teams.
• Maintain Jira workflows, operational templates, checklists, and Confluence documentation.
• Provide project updates, reports, risk assessments, and next steps to stakeholders and management.
• Identify bottlenecks and support risk mitigation, approvals, quality assurance, and handovers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
