Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead complex, client-facing, multi-workstream implementation projects from planning through deployment and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, governance frameworks, testing, UAT, deployment readiness, and client sign-off.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes while managing commercial impacts and change control.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders, sponsors, and steering committees; lead governance meetings and executive-level discussions.
• Coordinate consultants, engineers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders across delivery workstreams.
• Mentor Project Managers and contribute to improvements in project management methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex client-facing implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional projects and managing scope, budgets, risks, governance, and change control.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, financial services, data management, or professional services environments.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop other Project Managers.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or an Agile certification.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Understanding of implementation, deployment, testing, and operational transition processes.
• Comfort adopting AI-enabled and emerging project management tools.
