What you will do
- Manage HR operations for the Shanghai office, including employee relations, HR enquiries, audits, government surveys, and claims.
- Support recruitment, employment contracts, background checks, onboarding, offboarding, inductions, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with annual salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, salary adjustment letters, and insurance benefits renewals.
- Coordinate monthly payroll checks with Finance and prepare HR and financial reports.
- Maintain employee data and requisitions in SuccessFactors and help improve HR policies, processes, and reporting.
- Support the Executive Secretariat team with day-to-day Shanghai office administration and collaborate with HR teams in Singapore, London, and Asia Pacific.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist within a global organisation.
- Experience across HR operations, payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with numerical, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with diverse stakeholders, and occasionally work beyond standard hours.
Nice to have
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Previous experience using SuccessFactors.
- Experience working in a lean HR team.
