What you will do

Communicate with clients from Ukraine and other countries by phone and email.
Provide guidance on payment and financial services.
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to investigate and resolve client issues.
Support clients throughout the resolution of their concerns.
Create a positive and welcoming client experience.

Requirements

Strong computer skills and fast typing.
English proficiency required for understanding client inquiries and issues.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Additional foreign languages are preferred.
