Senior Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Mossville, Illinois; additional locations may be considered in Franklin, Indiana; Corinth, Mississippi; Fargo, North Dakota; and Irving, Texas. Domestic relocation is available.

Salary: $112,710–$183,140 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Apply statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, simulation, experimentation, and feature engineering to business problems.
• Build analytics products and decision-support tools combining machine learning outputs, curated data, and Power BI reporting.
• Research and implement generative AI, intelligent agents, natural language interfaces, and automation solutions.
• Create governed, repeatable workflows using Python, Kedro, dbt, Docker, AWS, Snowflake, and Azure DevOps.
• Lead analytical design reviews and Agile delivery while mentoring team members and establishing data science standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or another technical field, or equivalent proven work experience.
• Hands-on experience developing, validating, deploying, monitoring, and continuously improving data science and machine learning solutions with Python.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, forecasting, optimization, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions such as generative AI applications, natural language solutions, intelligent agents, or automation tools.
• Practical experience with dbt, Kedro, AWS, Docker, Snowflake, Azure DevOps, Git, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of data engineering, ELT/ETL, data modeling, data quality, requirements analysis, and complex SQL queries.
