Trading Infrastructure and Risk, Alert Specialist Co Op

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid schedule: employees work from the office four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain the relationship with the ALERT service provider.
• Work with internal teams and custodians to ensure accurate settlement instruction data on ALERT.
• Coordinate workflows among hirify.global, Omgeo, DTCC service providers, custodians, brokers, and client operations teams.
• Support global market onboarding with broker-dealers and client transition teams.
• Review physical mail weekly and complete ad hoc projects.
• Train the incoming co-op student at the end of the co-op cycle.

Requirements

• Only Northeastern University students are eligible for the program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Anticipated start date: December 2026 or January 2027.
