Sustainable Investing Co-op (Sustainable Investment)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; office attendance four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day per week

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Support sustainable investment initiatives, research projects, and business strategy analysis.
• Assist with Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation reporting, including fact-checking reports, assessing data availability, and coordinating with third-party providers.
• Document decisions from sustainable investment regulatory operations meetings and support ad hoc regulatory reporting projects.
• Develop sustainable investment KPIs, contribute to SI tagging, and build systematic Salesforce metrics reporting solutions.
• Review and coordinate firm- and product-level responses to RFI, RFP, and DDQ questionnaires, including sustainability disclosures and climate metrics.
• Support client reporting services through metrics preparation, client communications, and quarter-end and month-end reporting.

Requirements

• Strong academic record and prior co-op experience.
• Current Northeastern University student eligibility is required.
• Coursework or demonstrated interest in sustainable investment, including impact investing, climate, diversity, or long-termism.
• Research, analytical, capital markets, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
