Spring 2027 Reporting Compliance Co-op (January-June)

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support compliance reporting, automation, pre- and post-trade analysis, research, and ad hoc information requests.
• Review and research differences between multiple compliance monitoring systems.
• Complete client reporting deliverables and review prior-day changes in compliance systems.
• Work with internal partners to improve process efficiency and automate workflows.
• Use trade and internal systems to retrieve, download, and post documents.
• Perform additional compliance reporting duties as requested.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program and available for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday for 35–40 hours per week in the Boston hybrid work environment.
• Studies or exposure in finance, quantitative analysis, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of computer-based programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Some exposure to coding languages, with the ability to automate workflows and generate insights.
