Trading Infrastructure Risk, Bond Forward Co Op (Investment Operations)

Location: Boston, MA, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance four days per week and remote work one day per week. Only Northeastern University students are eligible.

Salary: $19–$35 per hour

What you will do

• Confirm and instruct cash or security movements related to bond forward trading activity.
• Coordinate with traders, salespeople, back-office personnel, broker-dealers, and custodian banks to support accurate payments and settlements.
• Assist with the weekly review of physical mail.
• Research and resolve TBA pairoff activity.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-train the incoming co-op student.

Requirements

• Current Northeastern University student status is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
