Product Manager (AI/HealthTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts or New York City

Salary: $160,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the RCM product suite.
• Translate complex dental insurance rules and CDT coding logic into intuitive software features.
• Use AI tools to build prototypes and validate concepts with users before engineering commitment.
• Partner with engineering to assess technical feasibility and manage trade-offs.
• Analyze product usage metrics and billing funnel data to drive product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agile software development experience in SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech.
• Domain experience in dental billing, electronic claims, or insurance adjudication.
• Experience scaling automated revenue cycle tools or payment gateways.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation required).
• Familiarity with machine learning or AI models.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping using AI-native tools.
