Quality Specialist (Sales)

What you will do

• Evaluate sales interactions against the sales consultation process and company policies.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to sales leadership on improvement areas and best practices.
• Identify and communicate compliance issues and opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor agent and team behavior trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Document and escalate agent behavior concerns to leadership.
• Maintain current knowledge of sales processes, systems, products, policies, and training materials.

Requirements

• Understanding of the behaviors that drive sales performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of diplomacy.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to articulate and deliver feedback effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Internal applicants must meet the minimum qualifications, have at least six months in their current hourly role, obtain manager approval, and not be under a Disciplinary Action Warning.
