Junior Key Account Manager (Food Delivery)

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operational efficiency, menu and inventory compliance, and service availability for priority restaurant chain accounts.
• Execute initiatives that address operational blockers, reduce cancellation rates, and improve account performance.
• Analyze vendor performance data with Senior Key Account Managers to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
• Handle routine partner inquiries and resolve operational issues to maintain strong restaurant relationships.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, food delivery, account management, or commercial operations.
• Fast learning ability and willingness to quickly adopt new systems, processes, and industry tools.
• Strong ownership, reliability, follow-through, and accountability for account health and operational targets.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and sound commercial judgment.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and operational metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external chain managers.
