What you will do

• Own the organic strategy, including keyword research, site architecture, and technical SEO.
• Build an answer-engine optimization (AEO) program to ensure the platform is cited by AI search surfaces.
• Collaborate with the Content team to align search-intent and answer-intent content with the brand narrative.
• Manage technical SEO health, including crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Develop measurement frameworks to track rankings, organic pipeline, and AI-visibility.
• Execute digital PR and link-earning programs based on original data and research.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SEO with a proven track record of pipeline impact.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Deep understanding of how LLM-based search engines retrieve and cite sources.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals with the ability to write actionable engineering specs.
• Experience in content strategy, including briefing writers and editing for clarity.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build measurement systems before scaling.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-visibility tracking tools like Profound or Peec.
• Basic proficiency in Python or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with multi-region or international SEO.
