What you will do

• Own the organic search roadmap across corporate websites and Shopify e-commerce storefronts.
• Develop AI Engine Optimization strategies for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Optimize Shopify taxonomy, product pages, structured data, internal linking, canonical tags, and Google Merchant Center feeds.
• Monitor crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, JavaScript rendering, and mobile performance.
• Partner with IT, web development, content, creative, brand, merchandising, and marketing teams on technical priorities and content optimization.
• Build reporting that connects search traffic and LLM citation share with revenue and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of dedicated SEO experience growing organic revenue and traffic for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify optimization and AI-driven discovery, including how LLMs crawl, index, cite, and recommend products.
• Strong technical SEO expertise in schema markup, structured data, site speed, crawl budget, and URL architecture.
• Knowledge of consumer electronics or technology hardware buyer journeys, faceted navigation, and product feed management.
• Ability to translate technical search requirements into priorities for engineering, merchandising, and marketing teams.
