Human Resource Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; on-site

Internship allowance: RM800/month for Diploma students; RM1,000/month for Bachelor’s students.

A logistics company with a recruitment-focused Ninja Mart HR team.

What you will do

• Support job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment tracking.
• Help plan and execute walk-in interviews and other recruitment activities.
• Develop recruitment content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, including vacancy posters, captions, and short videos.
• Support TikTok Live sessions and other social media initiatives to promote vacancies and engage candidates.
• Explore sourcing channels and recruitment initiatives for warehouse and operational roles.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with assigned HR projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Digital Media, Creative Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media content creation, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current content trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable participating in video shoots and appearing on camera when required.

Nice to have

• Basic video editing and design skills with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
