Location: Middlesex County, United States; requires daytime and nighttime travel among designated communities and regular outdoor construction-site work.

Annual salary: $70,000–$95,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a competitive bonus structure.

What you will do

• Manage and complete the 13 Milestones of Construction specified in JDE.
• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate new home construction activities across designated communities.
• Apply municipal permits, regulations, and building codes throughout construction.
• Communicate with customers, management, and personnel while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Control cost overruns, manage budgets, and use DRH Construction applications on mobile and computer devices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to four years of related experience in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of carrying supplies; willingness to drive between designated communities during the day and night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email, plus the ability to use construction applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather, around moving mechanical parts, elevated locations, electrical hazards, loud noise, and uneven terrain.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college.
