Senior Manager of Change Management (MarTech)

Location: In-office in Arlington, Texas, United States; overnight travel may be required.

Publicly traded Fortune 500 homebuilder providing residential construction, mortgage financing, and title services.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of organizational change initiatives across marketing technology, digital transformation, and enterprise business projects.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Change Management Managers, including performance management and professional development.
• Allocate departmental resources, balance workloads, and set priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Establish change management standards, methodologies, governance processes, templates, and quality expectations.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to align change strategies with organizational priorities.
• Monitor readiness, adoption metrics, portfolio outcomes, risks, and departmental performance, implementing corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational development, communications, human resources, information technology, marketing, project management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in organizational change management, organizational development, project management, business transformation, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience leading people, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Experience managing concurrent change initiatives supporting enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs.
• Experience developing departmental processes, governance standards, resource plans, and operational metrics.
• Ability to work in the Arlington, Texas office and travel overnight when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MarTech platforms, CRM, CMS, digital asset management, customer data platforms, marketing automation, analytics platforms, or other enterprise technology solutions.
