Manager - Strategy and Transformation Services

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; travel may be required up to 100% at times depending on the client, including work outside core business hours.

Salary: $130,720–$171,560 per year in Lehi, Utah.

What you will do

• Lead hirify.global and client resources through business process and technology transformation projects.
• Develop and manage project approaches, implementation plans, roadmaps, and delivery milestones across analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Gather and define requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and site visits.
• Manage multiple projects, staffing plans, deadlines, stakeholder expectations, documentation, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate third-party vendors and act as a liaison among executives, stakeholders, development teams, and delivery resources.
• Support the growth of the Enterprise Transformation practice, including go-to-market activities, delivery standards, team development, and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of related experience; consulting and industry experience are preferred.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, decompose scope into deliverables, coordinate handoffs, and manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience with full-lifecycle application development, including requirements gathering, use cases, analysis and design, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe POPM certification.
• Previous consulting or related industry experience.
