Land Acquisitioner (Real Estate)

Location: Central New Jersey counties, United States; overnight travel may be required.

What you will do

• Identify, coordinate, secure, and organize land acquisition leads.
• Research property titles, municipalities, and potential development opportunities.
• Meet with sellers and representatives and provide property, seller, and transaction details to management.
• Prepare letters of intent, negotiate purchase contracts, and manage acquisitions from LOI through closing.
• Build relationships with land developers, brokers, property owners, and city officials.
• Underwrite and analyze the financial aspects of development opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in land acquisition and real estate development transactions.
• Ability to conduct title and municipal research.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.
• Ability to analyze the financial aspects of development opportunities.
• Ability to work with stakeholders in Central New Jersey and travel overnight when required.
• Professional and ethical approach to business dealings.
