Director Commercial Analytics (Pharmaceutical Analytics)

Location: Hybrid commuter role based in Deerfield, Illinois, or Thousand Oaks, California, with on-site work required at least 2–3 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead the overall commercial analytics strategy for TEPEZZA in the U.S.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.
• Develop national and subnational analytics, KPI measurement frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, growth drivers, and efficiency improvements across commercial operations.
• Partner with executives, marketing, field leadership, sales, finance, and IT to support data-driven decisions.
• Translate complex commercial data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 4 years of analytics or reporting experience; or a master’s degree plus 8 years; or a bachelor’s degree plus 10 years.
• At least 4 years of direct people management or leadership experience.
• Strong experience with commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, and Python.
• Experience shaping analytics strategies, designing dashboards, and reporting on strategic business needs.
• Ability to communicate complex data and recommendations to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
