Project Engineering Manager (Biopharma)

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Project Engineering department, including personnel management, training, organizational structure, and project delivery.
• Develop and manage long-range, annual, and next-fiscal-year capital plans and department budgets.
• Prioritize capital projects and manage financial targets, lifecycle costs, estimates, and last best estimates.
• Lead the definition, design, construction, integration, commissioning, and qualification of capital projects.
• Administer asset management, project lifecycle, energy sustainability, and site master planning programs.
• Ensure engineering documentation, technical libraries, CAD repositories, corporate policies, and EHS requirements remain compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of significant engineering and/or operations experience is desired.
• Strong engineering leadership experience in the biopharma industry.
• Experience communicating with senior management and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competence with financial systems and fiscal control, plus strong technical judgment for complex projects.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP, and related engineering tools.
