What you will do

• Lead the daily operations of Facility Services, including General Maintenance, Manufacturing Support, Metrology, and Facility Resource Planning.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, infrastructure, and critical utilities in accordance with industry practices and cGMP requirements.
• Manage Facilities quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, SOP revisions, change control, and departmental documentation in SAP.
• Plan departmental objectives, budgets, resource assignments, and preventive-maintenance shutdowns with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the Facilities contact for internal and external audits and as a subject matter expert for plant equipment and systems.
• Develop staff through coaching, mentoring, and technical training while promoting a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a biopharmaceutical environment, including at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Prior cGMP experience is required, with knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, project management, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration, boilers and steam distribution, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical troubleshooting, critical utilities, and grounds maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel; SAP experience is preferred.
