Senior Consultant - Total Reward Consulting (Germany)

Location: Anywhere in Germany; remote working combined with client travel and in-person team collaboration when needed.

What you will do

• Support EU Pay Transparency and pay equity projects.
• Analyse reward, workforce, job, and market data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Help develop job architectures, career frameworks, and transparent reward structures.
• Facilitate workshops with HR and business leaders.
• Manage defined project workstreams and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to proposals, new solutions, and technology- and AI-enabled client delivery.

Requirements

• Approximately four or more years of relevant experience in consulting, Rewards, HR advisory, people analytics, workforce transformation, or another analytical client-facing role.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and client communication skills.
• Confidence presenting recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to be based anywhere in Germany and travel to clients when required.

• Experience in Total Rewards, compensation and benefits, EU Pay Transparency, pay equity, job evaluation, grading, job architecture, career frameworks, reward strategy, organisation design, workforce transformation, people analytics, HR technology, or human capital consulting.
