(Senior) Associate – Executive Search - Financial Services

Location: Amsterdam office, working with colleagues across EMEA and on international assignments.

What you will do

• Support executive search engagements throughout the full lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate identification through assessment and client delivery.
• Identify, qualify, and develop senior candidate pipelines within Financial Services.
• Engage professionally with senior candidates and represent hirify.global throughout the search process.
• Maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in internal systems.
• Provide market insight to Consultants and engagement teams and identify potential business development opportunities.
• Support the preparation of client-facing documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Experience in executive search within Financial Services or a closely related sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence interacting with senior professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach.
• Sound judgment, professional integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is an advantage.

• An MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience working in an international environment.
