Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Train Team Leads and build a high-performing, positive customer service environment.
• Manage daily activities across multiple Customer Service departments.
• Evaluate team procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review performance reports and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Work on-site at the Kenosha, Wisconsin branch is required.
• All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
